Undergraduate - Graduation Procedures

Intent to Graduate Instructions

Once you have determined you are eligible to graduate, please complete the Intent to Graduate Checklist. Verify that your personal and academic information in "MyUCF" is current; update it if needed.

  • Make sure that all of your correct majors appear in "MyUCF". If there are any errors, you will need to fill out paperwork (Change of Major form-see above).
  • Make sure all of your correct minors and certificates appear in "My UCF". If there are any errors, you will need to fill out aperwork in the Office of Student Affairs or with your Regional Campus.
  • You must update your correct mailing address and preferred phone number in "MyUCF" and save the changes.
  • Be sure you have updated your preferred email address as you will be receiving emails throughout the intent to graduate process.

Final steps:

  • Log onto "MyUCF"
  • Click the "Student Self Service" link
  • In the "Student Center" under "Academic History" select "Apply for Graduation".
  • Complete the UCF Graduate Survey
  • Re-select the "Apply for Graduation" link and complete any and all applications for the degrees listed.
