Capture Settings

Make sure the camera is one during Capture Settings. The program is detecting the camera. First, Capture Format should be set to QuickTime capture. Capture Video should be marked with an "x", and the Capture size is 320 x 240 with constrain. Capture Audio and Report Dropped Frames should also be marked with an "x". Capture limit is 600 sec. Please look at Figure 6.

In Capture Settings you should see a button called "Video". Press that button and you should be in a new window (Figure 7). Notice that the first text box says "Source". In this window, the Digitizer is set to DV Video, the Input is DV Camera, and the Format is NTSC.

If you're in the Compression window, the settings are DV-NTSC for the Compressor, Color for Depth, Medium for Quality, and 30 for Frames Per Second. Figure 8 provides an example.
