Set of 3 people side by side facing counter clockwise, inside hands held.

Run steps forward counterclockwise (light, long steps)

To make it a mixer on the first 4 beats of A - The middle person will walk 4 steps forward to join a new group - the two that make up the inner and outer circle will hold for four beats.
