Test-taking Ideas

  1. Answer the ones you know first. You can go back to the other ones later.
  2. Get over the fact that you're not supposed to know it all.
  3. The multiple choice format is just a series of true/false questions. In other words, look at each alternative as a true/false question.
  4. There is no penalty for quessing - so obviously guess when you are not sure of the right answer.
  5. Keep the momentum going - do not stop for a long period of time for one question.
  6. Go with your first hunch - first hunch, go with it once you have narrowed it down to two alternatives. Unless, you are really sure do not change your answer.
