Techrangers Support Page
The Techrangers create, maintain and support online courses. If you are having
trouble with your online course, please visit one of the links below to find
the answer or Ask
the Techrangers and one of them will reply to you within 2 business days.
When asking a question, please provide as much information about your issue as possible:
- Your name
- Your NID
- What class or system you're trying to access (enc1101a, WebCT, eCommunity, MyUCF, etc.)
- The web address, or a description of the place within your online course, where you're having trouble
- Any error message you're receiving
Common Issues
- WebCT login
- Log in from the main WebCT page at http://webct.ucf.edu
- WebCT ID: Use your NID (you can look this up through MyUCF)
- Password: PYYMMDD, where YYMMDD is the year, month, and day of your birthday.
- Missing classes in WebCT/ can't log in directly to a course
- If you can log in using the instructions above (from the main WebCT page), but you don't see the class you're looking for, you need to contact your professor.
